Who We Are:

Bespoke Dog Care is run by Dr Julia Taylor on a sole trader basis. If you need to contact me, you can do so via the contact form on the website, or by emailing me at julia@bespokedogcare.co.uk. My address is The Paddocks, Dunning, Perth and Kinross, PH2 0QY. 

As a sole trader, I offer dog training services, home boarding, dog transport and dog walking services. 

How we gather and use information:

We will gather information about you when you interact with us, e.g. by using the website content form, by email, interaction on social media, telephone contact, or by completing a booking form. 

Any information we collect is only used by us to provide our services and will not be shared with any other individual or company. This information will likely include but is not limited to, your name and contact details, your pet’s details, your veterinarian, emergency contacts, as well as any behavioural or care-related information about your pet. 

We may occasionally use the contact information you have provided to contact you in future by email or in writing with services which we believe might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such communication, please contact us to opt-out. If you opt out of any communication, we will need to keep a basic record of your contact details for the purposes of suppression of communication. 

We will not share your information with any other individual or company without your express permission (e.g. in cases where we want to make a referral to another professional), unless we are required to do so by law.

Information Security:

We promise to keep all information we hold about you secure and will never share or sell these to another individual or company for their own usage. We will keep your information only for as long as is needed to provide our services.

Any information we hold about you will be kept on a restricted access and password protected computer.

If you are unhappy with any of the services we provide and would like to make a complaint, please contact us in the first instance. We will always aim to respond to any feedback in a timely manner.
